The house has a sitting room, 2 sleeping rooms, bathroom, kitchen, hall and 2 terraces. There are two double beds and 2 extra mattresses. The house is in good condition with washing machine, TV etc.

It has a garage and a shed of 10 m². The house is heated by electric radiators and a good stove. The roof is covered by grass/turfs. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The area

The house is situated in a forest area with mainly pine and spruce. The forest lot of 6000 m² is at the fringes of Linå Vesterskov close to Nordskoven with large areas of old beech forest. About 800 metres down Lynggårdsvej, in the small village Svejbæk, you will find the Restaurant Ludvigslyst at the side of Julsø.

Svejbæk has public transport by train or bus to Århus and Silkeborg. By car Silkeborg is only 5-10 min. away and in 1/2 hour you will reach Århus going on the motorway.

From Ludvigslyst at the side of Julsø a tourist boat will take you to Ry, Himmelbjerget, Aqua and Silkeborg.

From the heather hills Sindbjerg and Stoubjerg you can see Himmelbjerget in the distance.

Fishing

The area has good fishing possibilities. Fishing permission is required and it is recommended to study the fishing regulations. Please see www.dagkort.dk to get information on a one-day permission.
